The Neighbor Program will be hosting the Joyous Black Girl trunk or treat celebration immediately after our health and wellness clinic from 4-7pm. This is a family friendly event providing the babies with an opportunity to get some halloween candy. Bring the babies, your family, and yourself for a fun filled day.
