Exchange shipping is at the expense of the customer. Please inquire about drop-off or pick up options.

Cancellations may be requested before the item has shipped

Conditions of exchange

Items can only be exchanged if they are received broken, damaged, incorrect per customer’s order, or simply do not fit the customer’s taste. If the item is exchanged for personal preference, the item must be returned in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for all exchanged items or any loss in value for items damaged during return shipping if exchanging for personal reasons. • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

• Items on sale

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Jewelry repair is available for most jewelry items. Please inquire if you have any damaged items.
