The goal is to give our community the mental health education to self regulate and provide self care in conjunction with outside resources and tools that promote healing. By raising awareness and providing education, we hope to encourage greater understanding and change.
Express yourself at the open mic, treat yourself to some free snacks, other food and wellness vendors, and most important of all HELP HEAL OUR COMMUNITY. There will be speakers sharing more about mental health support including various demonstrations offering the chance for you to engage and learn more!
