join us for a 6-week exploration of mindfulness through intentional movement, meditation, and sound healing. this course will focus on helping you expand your knowledge of meditation and mindfulness to elevate your current practice or provide a more in depth routine for sustained self-care. we will explore different movements each week that connect with the chakra system along with relevant acoustic frequencies to achieve calm, enlightenment, grounding, and more. bring a yoga mat or blocks, a blanket, water and/or a meditation pillow.

week 3: all about the heart - the bridge between the physical and metaphysical
week 4: upper chakra work - connecting to our higher self
week 5: breathwork basics - observing the connection between the body and breath
week 6: how to build your practice - practical recommendations to incorporate meditation into your lifestyle
