Join us for our newest series to help you expand your meditation practice. Having a dedicated meditation practice has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and promote well-being. Our Expanding Your Practice series will be focused on teaching expanded basics of meditation including breathwork, mudras, types of meditation, crystals, chakras, etc.
In this session we will be focusing on exploring the importance of breathwork. We will spend approximately 10-20 minutes exploring the basics of breathwork then we will practice some basic breathwork principles and end with a guided meditation session.
