Expanding Your Meditation Practice: types of meditation

Join us for our newest series to help you expand your meditation practice. Having a dedicated meditation practice has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and promote well-being. Our Expanding Your Practice series will be focused on teaching expanded basics of meditation including breathwork, mudras, types of meditation, crystals, chakras, etc.

In this session we will be focusing on exploring the most common types of meditation. We will spend approximately 5-10 minutes exploring each type, how you can use it, and different instnaces it may best benefit you. We will then do a short meditation allowing you to focus on the technique that best resonates with you. This event will last up to 1 hour and will take place via Instagram Live.
