Expanding Your Meditation Practice: how to use affirmations

Join us for our newest series to help you expand your meditation practice. Having a dedicated meditation practice has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and promote well-being. Our Expanding Your Practice series will be focused on teaching expanded basics of meditation including breathwork, mudras, types of meditation, crystals, chakras, etc.

In this session we will be focusing on affirmations and how we can use them to strengthen our mindset and deepen our meditation. We will spend approximately 10-15 minutes exploring the benefits of affirmations, how to write them, scenarios they can be used for, etc.. We will then do a short meditation utilizing the affirmation for each chakra which will allow us to have a targeted focus and observe the benefits and power of our words. This event will last up to 1 hour and will take place via Instagram Live. No registration required!
