March New Moon Meditation

  • This will take place VIRTUALLY via Google Meet USA (map)

Join me for a guided meditation experience for the new moon to help to release stagnant energy and realign for the upcoming moon cycle. This event will last approximately 30-45 minutes. We will begin with a light stretch and body scan then move into a 20 minute guided meditation with a 10 minute reflection and sound healing exercise at the end. This is a virtual, donation based experience. This is a pay what you can event meant to help support the collective and our overall wellbeing. Please register below to receive event details.
