Expanding Your Meditation Practice: chakras

Join us for our newest series to help you expand your meditation practice. Having a dedicated meditation practice has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and promote well-being. Our Expanding Your Practice series will be focused on teaching expanded basics of meditation including breathwork, mudras, types of meditation, crystals, chakras, etc.

In this session we will be focusing on exploring the 7 chakra system. The chakras are the energy centers along the inner meridian of the body that store energy. When they are open we are balanced and in flow, but when they are blocked we experience physical and emotional DISease. We will spend approximately 5 minutes exploring each chakra then we will practice each one for approx. 60 seconds each.
