New Month Meditation: releasing

Join us for a new month meditation where we will focus on realigning ourselves for the upcoming month ahead. This 30 minute meditation session will include a 5 minute reflection and journal exercise where we will be releasing experiences, thoughts, & emotions from the previous month to make way for new energy to enter our lives. This meditation session comes before the full moon making it a great opportunity for release and realignment.
