Expanding Your Meditation Practice: movement

Join us for our newest series to help you expand your meditation practice. Having a dedicated meditation practice has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and promote well-being. Our Expanding Your Practice series will be focused on teaching expanded basics of meditation including breathwork, mudras, types of meditation, crystals, chakras, etc.

In this session we will be focusing on exploring how you can incorporate movement into your meditation practice. Utilizing slow, gentle movement can help to encourage the mind, body, spirit connection which will deepen your meditation practice. We will spend approximately 5 minutes exploring the significance of movement in meditation then we will practice each subtle movements for approx. 60 seconds each. We will conclude with a 5 minute grounding session where we will incorporate full body movements. This event will last up to 1 hour and will take place via Instagram Live and Google Meet.
